Order Acceptance Policy
Frith Jewellery reserves the right to accept or decline any order at their discretion, and as such, the receipt of any order form does not signify acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to request additional ID verification before orders are accepted.
Frith Jewellery does not accept liability for any damages or loss which is a result of this website or any other websites links which may appear on this site. Frith Jewellery also reserves the right to decline any order should they deem it to be necessary. In the event that an order is cancelled, Frith Jewellery will make every attempt to contact the buyer, using the contact details which have been provided. Furthermore, full payment will be refunded using the same payment method as was used when the buyer submitted payment.
As Paypal is used as a secure payment gateway for payments online, this website does not store credit card details. Therefore we are not liable for any credit card fraud as a result of purchasing items from Frith Jewellery – Paypal is!
Frith Jewellery will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by postal services.
Please be advised that delivery times provided on the Frith Jewellery website are estimated times only, and as such, we will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss resulting from late deliveries. Additionally, please make absolutely certain that you’ve provided the correct address, as Frith Jewellery can under no circumstances be held responsible for delivery addresses which have been incorrectly entered.
The material constituents of all items are guaranteed as described or a full refund will be given.
- Items being returned will only be accepted in an “as new” condition complete with original packaging.
- Items which are faulty or not as described are eligible for a full refund on receipt of their return to Frith Jewellery.
- Where an item is being returned for any other reason, you can expect a refund if the item is returned within 1 week of signing for its original receipt minus shipping costs.
- Any item being returned should be sent via registered post.
- Failure to return the protective jewellery box will incur a fee to cover the cost of the box.
- Where original payment was via Paypal, any refund through Paypal will incur a Paypal fee which is nothing to do with us!
Cancellation of orders
Frith Jewellery will allow cancellations prior to goods being dispatched but since items are usually dispatched within 2 business days, this may involve you returning the item via registered post (shipping costs to be paid by you) for a refund.
As items are often advertised elsewhere, Frith Jewellery reserves the right to cancel your order if the item in question has already been sold while out on location. You will receive an email confirming cancellation and funds will be returned in full.
Frith Jewellery reserves right to cancel orders which are placed for goods listed with the incorrect price, or any other incorrect information resulting from a typographical error. Should such an order be cancelled after payment has been received, Frith Jewellery will issue an immediate refund to your credit card account.
The Frith Jewellery website may or may not contain links to other websites owned and run by third party operators. Please be advised that we can under no circumstances be responsible for any content appearing on such websites.
If a lay by arrangement has been agreed, then by paying the first instalment you have agreed to our lay terms which are: 20% non refundable deposit, balance to be paid by agreed due date. Should the balance not be paid by the final due date, then payments will be refunded minus the 20% deposit.
Should you receive any items with which you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to return them to us within seven days, providing the item/items are in the same condition and packaging as when they were received. Failure to return the protective jewellery box will incur a fee to cover the cost of the box.
